Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Customers in the USA can expect their parcels to arrive between 5 to 15 days, in the UK 3 to 7 days, in Australia 6 to 15 days, in Canada 7 to 15 days. Other countries depending on location between 5 - 30 days. Please note that shipping times vary from country to country due to their respective customs practices. We don't have control over when customs release a package, so the shipping time remains an estimate.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over US$45. For orders below US$45, the shipping fee is US$3.71.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance during the checkout process. This insurance provides coverage in case your package is lost or stolen. If you encounter any issues with package delivery and haven't purchased shipping insurance, you will need to directly engage with the shipping company to sort out the issue, and we will not issue the refund or reship the order for free. If you can obtain proof from the courier that the package was lost or stolen or misdirected and can provide that to us we will be able to refund or reship the order.

However, if you have purchased shipping insurance, we can re-ship the package at no additional cost.

The cost of Shipping insurance is US$4.87 for orders below US$45 and US$4.17 for orders above $45

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand may affect processing time. In such cases, we will contact you via email before processing the order to ensure successful delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

We urge customers to double-check their shipping addresses before placing orders.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly, and no refunds or replacement products can be provided except in the following circumstances:

You advise us within 8 hours of making the order in which case we will check to see if the order has been shipped.

If the order has not been shipped then we will be able to change the address.

If the courier has delivered the order or is unable to change the address we will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement.

We will make every effort to provide you with an update within 24 to 48 hours.

Order Cancellation and Change Request

We allow a grace period of 8 hours for order cancellation or changes, such as quantity, color, or strap size. Please contact us at support@prettystraps.com. Requests received after the 8-hour period cannot be accommodated as we process orders immediately. If we manage to cancel your order after this period, a US$15 cancellation fee will be applied due to the cost we incur for the item being in production. Please note that pre-ordered items, due to their limited supply and demand-based production, cannot be cancelled.

Order Re-Delivery

We urge customers to double-check their shipping addresses before placing orders. If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us immediately to avoid delays and extra charges. If an address change is notified after 8h of placing the order, we are unable to make any adjustments. In the event that an incorrect address was provided, a fee of US$8.99 will be charged by the shipping company for address change, re-labeling, and re-delivery.

Returned Packages

Delivery failures and RTS (Return to Sender) may generally be affected by various reasons, for example recipient's address is incomplete, wrong, or relocated, the recipient can not be contacted, the package was not picked within the time limit, and objective reasons. If a package is returned to us, we offer two options: reshipment subject to a redelivery fee of US$8.99, or cancellation of your order with a US$15 deduction for processing the initial package.

Factors Affecting Shipping Times

There are circumstances beyond our control that may affect shipping times, including weather, holiday season, customs check, and shipping company errors. Despite this, we strive to keep you informed with all the information available to us.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that orders do not include any possible customs taxes or duties that your country might impose on packages originating from outside your country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. For clarification on rates, please contact your country’s customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process.
